Send us your broken Huawei phone and we will replace the Battery for you.

How much does it cost?

The cost to repair the Battery on your Huawei phone is above, Select your model to get your price. This price includes the part and fitting. Please Note: there will be an extra small delivery charge to send it back to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery. VAT will be calculated at checkout.

Be sure to select Royal Mail Special Delivery method when you checkout, as this method guarantees next working day return delivery of your phone once repaired and is insured too.

How long does it take?

Our turn around time for Repairing is QUICK !!!

Most jobs are completed with 1-3 working days depending on Battery stock availability for your model.

How long is the warranty?

We offer a 6 month warranty on our Battery repair service, this warranty covers manufacturing faults, it will not cover any sign of wear or physical damage.  Please remember, these Batterys are made of glass, so if you drop your phone and break your Battery again, the warranty will not cover this.

How do I use the mail-in service?

• Complete your purchase online as normal, you will receive an invoice via email, print this out. (if you dont have a printer, write your name, address and invoice number on a piece of paper instead)
• Take out any simcard and/or memory card and keep it safe, as this is not needed.
• If possible, fully charge the battery and turn your phone off.
• Wrap your phone in bubble wrap or similar, and place wrapped phone in a jiffy bag, along with your invoice. (if you do not have a printer please include a note with your invoice number, name and address).
• Send your phone to us at the address below via royal mail special delivery, to ensure your phone is delivered to us safely. (you pay the postage to send it to us)

• Once we receive your phone, we will email you to let you know, and give you access to our unique Mail in Service Pro Maxgress Checker where you can monitor the status of your job. 
• Once repaired we will email you a Final Repair Report and return your phone to you via royal mail special delivery.  We will also email you your tracking number too.

Our store is in Sheffield, maybe you would prefer to pop into the shop and get the job done. Most phones can be repaired same day and cost is normally cheaper as there are no postal costs. Our address and opening times are here

What if my phone cannot be repaired?

We have very good in-house engineers who have a very high success rate of repairing mobile phones.

Although sometimes there may be more damage than expected, or the phone may be damaged beyond repair.

If this is the case and we cannot repair the phone, we will return your phone to you and refund your payment minus return shipping costs.

If the phone can be repaired but needs more parts to do the job, our engineers will call you first to explain this before any work is carried out.
