This is how to tell which service you need?

Full Unit (Digitizer / LCD) - If you can't see the image, picture or you see ink marks, blobs on the screen and the top digitizer glass is cracked

LCD - If you can't see the image, picture or there is ink marks, blobs on the picture but the top digitizer glass isn't cracked

Digitizer - If you can see the picture with no ink marks, blobs on the display but the top digitizer glass is cracked

 

Note: Some iPad screens come as a bonded 'Full Unit' which contains the "outer glass" Digitizer and the "inner" LCD Display.

We can replace your Broken Digitizer, Screen or Full Unit on your iPad quickly and professionally at our store in Sheffield.

Note: This iPad screen comes as a bonded unit which contains the Outer Glass Touch Screen LCD and Digitizer and the inner LCD Display.

We offer both a mail-in and walk-in services for iPad Repair.

This Service is available to UK + Ireland Residents Only.

Send us your broken iPad and we will repair the Digitizer for you. We have an extensive collection of in house hardware and expertise. Ideal for repairing phones and tablets.  We have many years experience and our on site engineers can repair just about any iPad on the market.

 

 

How much does it cost?

The cost to repair the Digitizer on your iPad is below. This price includes the part and fitting.
Please Note: there will be an extra small delivery charge to send it back to you.

Be sure to select Royal Mail Special Delivery method when you checkout, as this method guarantees next working day return delivery of your iPad once repaired and is insured too.

 

 

How do I pay?

You can pay online for your repair by card or paypal account.

If you do not wish to pay online, please select telephone payment method when you checkout and we will call you for payment once the repair is completed.

Or if you want to pay by Cheque/Postal Order/Cash, you can select this method too and include the payment with your iPad when you send it to us.

 

 

How long does it take?

Our turn around time for Repairing is QUICK !!!

What if my iPad cannot be repaired?

We have very good in-house engineers who have a very high success rate of repairing mobile phones and tablets.

Although sometimes there may be more damage than expected, or the device may be damaged beyond repair.

If this is the case and we cannot repair the iPad, we will return your device to you and refund your payment minus return shipping costs.

If the device can be repaired but needs more parts to do the job, our engineers will call you first to explain this before any work is carried out.

 

 

How do I send you my device for repair?

 

• After making your order below, you will receive an online order via email, print this out.
• If you pay online print out your payment receipt email too.
• If you wish to pay via cash, postal order or cheque, include this with your order form.
• Take out any simcard and/or memory card and keep it safe, as this is not needed.
• If possible, fully charge the battery and turn your iPad off.
• Wrap your iPad in bubble wrap or similar.
• Place wrapped device in a jiffy bag, along with your order form and payment.
• Send your device to us at the address below via royal mail special delivery, to ensure your iPad is delivered to us safely.

• Once we receive your iPad, we will email you to let you know, and give you access to our unique Mail in Service Progress Checker where you can monitor the status of your job. 
• Once repaired we will email you a Final Repair Report and return your iPad to you via royal mail special delivery.  We will also email you your tracking number too.
