The cost to recover your data from your Android smartphone is below. This price includes the data recovery service, and a USB storage pen which your data will be on.
Your phone will be sent back to you via DPD Courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery, as this method guarantees next working day return delivery of your phone once repaired and is insured too. We cover the cost of return shipping for this service.

How do I pay?

You can pay online by card or PayPal account.

If you do not wish to pay online, please select telephone payment method when you checkout and we will call you for payment once the repair is completed.

Or if you want to pay by Cheque/Postal Order/Cash, you can select this method too and include the payment with your phone when you send it to us.

How long does it take?

The process will usually be completed within 5 working days after it arrives to us.

What if my data cannot be recovered?

We have very good in-house engineers who have a very high success rate of recovering data.

Although sometimes there may be more damage than expected, or the data may be inaccessible due to a faulty eMMC chip.

If this is the case and we cannot recover the data, we will return your phone to you. This service is non-refundable as it requires the use of expensive tools and highly skilled engineers.

We can not guarantee what data will be recovered from the handset as some parts may be encrypted.

How do I use this service?

• After making your order below, you will receive an online order via email, print this out.

• If you pay online print out your payment receipt email too.

• If you wish to pay via cash, postal order or cheque, include this with your order form.

• Take out any simcard and/or memory card and keep it safe, as this is not needed.

• If possible, turn your phone off.

• Wrap your phone in bubble wrap or similar.

• Place wrapped phone in a jiffy bag, along with your order form and payment.

• Send your phone to us at the address below via royal mail special delivery, to ensure your phone is delivered to us safely.
