Check your device first to ensure it does indeed use eMMC memory system.

(images, documents, emails, videos, windows root directory and users data et.) from your dead or otherwise inaccessible device.

Send your device to us, and we will strip it down, and use our professional tools and expertise to dump the data from your device.

 

Please Note: This process includes the removal of your eMMC chip from your decices motherboard, thus destroying your device.

 

Also Note: This service should only be used if you have exhausted other methods to retrieve your data.  There is no guarentee the data can be recovered until will remove the eMMC chip and try.  You use this service at your own risk.  We are not responsible for a destroyed device with no data retrieval performed.

 

How much does it cost?

The cost to recover your data from your device is above. This price includes the data recovery service, and a USB storage pen which your data will be returned to you on.  Your device and data will be sent back to you via DPD Courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery, as this method guarantees next working day return delivery of your phone once repaired and is insured too. We cover the cost of return shipping for this service.

What if my data cannot be recovered?

We have very good in-house engineers who have a very high success rate of recovering data.

Although sometimes there may be more damage than expected, or the data may be inaccessible due to a faulty eMMC chip.

If this is the case and we cannot recover the data, we will return your phone to you. We can not guarantee what data will be recovered from the handset as some parts may be encrypted.

 

 

How do I use this service?

 

After making your order below, you will receive an online order via email, print this out.

 

If you pay online print out your payment receipt email too.

 

If you wish to pay via cash, postal order or cheque, include this with your order form.

 

Take out any simcard and/or memory card and keep it safe, as this is not needed.

 

If possible, turn your device off.

 

Wrap your device in bubble wrap or similar.

 

Place wrapped device in a jiffy bag, along with your order form and payment.

 

Send your device to us at the address below via royal mail special delivery, to ensure your phone is delivered to us safely.

Once we receive your device, we will email you to let you know, and give you access to our unique Mail in Service Progress Checker where you can monitor the status of your job.

 

Once completed we will email you a Final Repair Report and return your phone to you via DPD courier or royal mail special delivery.  We will also email you your tracking number too.
