What is Debranding ?

De-branding basically means removing awful operator firmware, and replacing it with the manufacturers original firmware.  Hence converting your phone to the full spec as it was intended by the manufacturer. (the way it should be)

How do we debrand phones ?

We have the necessary tools and latest mobile firmware's (software flash files) to enable us to flash the software in your phone.  This deletes and replaces the existing operator's software with the original and un-restricted, unbranded manufacturers software.

What are the benefits of De-branding?

Once your mobile has been de-branded, you will notice all the menu systems are clearer, un-restricted, and often faster too.  We also use the latest firmware to date, which will hold improvements on your old firmware.  This often removes any software glitches that your phone previously had.  Also some network firmware's prevent you uploading ringtones & pictures via cable, or manually setting your internet homepage, debranding enables you to do this.

Can I use this service to change the primary language of my phone?
Yes, If you require a different language installing on your phone other than English, please enter the required language when creating your order form below.

How long does this service take?

Our turn around time for unlocking is 2-5 working days !!!

We unlock your phone within 5 days after it arrives to us and in many cases we will unlock it the same day it arrives and post it back to you the same day too!

How do I use this service?

After making your order below, you will receive an order form via email, print this out.

If you pay online print out your payment receipt email too.

If you wish to pay via cash, postal order or cheque, include this with your order form.

Take out your simcard and memory card and keep it safe, as this is not needed.

If possible, fully charge the battery and turn your phone off.

Wrap your phone in bubble wrap or similar.

Place wrapped phone in a jiffy bag, along with your order form and payment.

Send your phone to us at the address below via special delivery, to ensure your phone is delivered to us safely.
