How long is the warranty?

We offer a 6 month warranty on our Error 1110 repair service, this warranty covers manufacturing faults, it will not cover any sign of wear or physical damage.  Please remember, these Error 1110s are made of glass, so if you drop your phone and break your Error 1110 again, the warranty will not cover this.

How do I use the mail-in service?

• Complete your purchase online as normal, you will receive an invoice via email, print this out. (if you dont have a printer, write your name, address and invoice number on a piece of paper instead)
• Take out any simcard and/or memory card and keep it safe, as this is not needed.
• If possible, fully charge the battery and turn your phone off.
• Wrap your phone in bubble wrap or similar, and place wrapped phone in a jiffy bag, along with your invoice. (if you do not have a printer please include a note with your invoice number, name and address).
• Send your phone to us at the address below via royal mail special delivery, to ensure your phone is delivered to us safely. (you pay the postage to send it to us)

If this is the case and we cannot repair the phone, we will return your phone to you and refund your payment minus return shipping costs.

If the phone can be repaired but needs more parts to do the job, our engineers will call you first to explain this before any work is carried out.
