This multi-function tool is ideal for removing IC chips from iPhone circuit boards, as well as reballing/removing glue from the chips themselves. The spring loaded adjustable clamp can be used to hold the PCB in place while working on it, also the adapter provided allows you to hold an IC chip in place in the clamp (as shown in the pictures).
