The cost to Repair your Nintendo by post is the total amount on your order form which includes cost of returning your Nintendo to you via Special delivery back to your door !!!

You can pay online or you can send postal order, cheques (you have to wait for cheque to clear), Cash, Or we can contact you once repaired for payment.

We repair your device within 5 days after it arrives to us and in many cases we will repair it the same day it arrives and post it back to you the same day too!

What if my device cannot be repaired?

We have very good in-house engineers who have a very high success rate of repairing Nintendo Ds's.

Although sometimes there may be more damage than expected, or the Nintendo may be damaged beyond repair.

If this is the case and we cannot repair the device, we will return your device to you and refund any payment made to us.

If the device can be repaired but needs more parts to do the job, our engineers will call you first to explain this before any work is carried out.

How do I use this service?

• After making your order below, you will receive an order form via email, print this out.

• If you pay online print out your payment receipt email too.

• If you wish to pay via cash, postal order or cheque, include this with your order form.

• Take out your simcard and memory card and keep it safe, as this is not needed.

• If possible, fully charge the battery and turn your Nintendo off.

• Wrap your Nintendo in bubble wrap or similar.

• Place wrapped Ninteno in a jiffy bag, along with your order form and payment.

• Send your Nintendo to us at the address below via special delivery, to ensure your Nintendo is delivered to us safely.
