To access the Battery and replace it on a Tablet, the engineers have to remove the screen on your device.
Now, although they have done this many times successfully, there is always a risk of breaking the Digitizer or Full Unit in the process.
For us to take on this job, you must be aware that if the screen did break you would need a replacement Digitizer, Screen or Full Unit depending on your Tablet model.

Note [Full Unit]: Some Samsung Tablet Screens come as a bonded 'Full Unit' which contains the "outer glass" Digitizer and the "inner" LCD Display bonded as one part.

How do I use the mail-in service?

• After making your order you will receive an online order via email, print this out.
• If you wish to pay via cash, postal order or cheque, include this with your order form.
• Take out any simcard and/or memory card and keep it safe, as this is not needed.
• If possible, fully charge the battery and turn your phone off.
• Wrap your phone in bubble wrap or similar.
• Place wrapped phone in a jiffy bag, along with your order form and payment.
• Send your phone to us at the address below via royal mail special delivery, to ensure your phone is delivered to us safely.

• Once we receive your phone, we will email you to let you know, and give you access to our unique Mail in Service Progress Checker where you can monitor the status of your job. Once repaired we will email you a Final Repair Report and return your phone to you.
